Bored piers
Bored piers are drilled holes filled with reinforced concrete that carry a building's load down to stable ground. We drill, clean, reinforce and pour piers to the engineer's pier schedule, then move straight on to footings and slabs with the same crew.
Based in Keilor East, Melbourne. Working across metropolitan and regional Victoria, New South Wales and South Australia.

- Inspection if required, then reinforce and pour
- Footings and slab follow
Questions we get asked
How deep do bored piers go?
Whatever the engineer specifies for your soil, often 1 to 3 metres in Melbourne clays and deeper on filled or soft sites. We record each pier's depth and founding material.
Can you do the slab as well?
Yes. Piers, footings and slab by one crew means the levels and timing line up.
